* Please attach a copy of the registration certificate, copies of the championship diplomas or working certificate (if entering into Champion or Working class) as well as a copy of the payment receipt to the entry form (<- click to save the .doc entry form).
Unless these documents are provided the dog will not be registered. Send the entry form and additional papers by e-mail haapsaludogshow@gmail.com or by airmail to Tallinna mnt 33A, 90509, Haapsalu, Estonia.
Please transfer the registration fees to MTÜ NUBLU bank account in Swedbank (Tallinn, Estonia), IBAN EE352200221027133522, SWIFT CODE HABAEE2X. Please write the name(s) and breed(s) of the dogs(s) to the details of payment.
NB! If using the possibility to pay at the showground, 3 € will be added to the entry fee (only for Haapsalu double CAC show)
